Our sales evaluations serve as a valuable resource for assessing current staff members, ensuring that you have the right people in the right roles. These evaluations will pinpoint the unique growth potential of your sales teams and managers, outline the steps necessary for their development, and estimate the time required to achieve these goals. Additionally, the results will reveal any hidden weaknesses within your sales team, helping you identify which team members may not improve beyond their current performance and the reasons behind it.

Evaluations typically require around 45 minutes to finish. If a participant encounters a question related to a situation they haven't experienced, we ask them to select the response that best reflects how they would handle that scenario. The results are provided in two separate documents: one for management (comprehensive and unfiltered) and another for the participant (reader friendly). Generally, results are processed and sent to management within 24 hours.
